Hi!! I know I said you wouldnât be hearing from me until 2025, but here I amâpopping into your inbox one last time before the year ends. Over on Instagram, I shared some snapshots of my planning documents for the year ahead, and enough of you asked for a copy that I decided to send it out here. Because remember, as a subscriber and a member of my community, you always get my best stuff first. â2024 Year End Review .pdfâ The PDF is simple: just a couple of pages designed to help you reflect on the last 12 months. Itâs where I capture the highs and lows, the moments of growth, and the lessons learned. For me, this process is less about perfect categorization and more about creating space to acknowledge the year in its entiretyâthe good, the hard, and everything in between. In January, Iâll dive deeper into forward planning (and Iâll share those tools with you when the time comes), but todayâDecember 31stâisnât about looking ahead. Itâs about endings. Itâs about honoring the cycles of our lives: releasing what no longer serves us, celebrating the moments and people that shaped us, and taking a breath to simply be. Jesse and I are spending the day doing our year-end reviews. We work through the process individually first, then come together to compare notes. My favorite part? The âBy the Numbersâ page. Quantifying the yearâwhat worked, what didnât, and what felt meaningfulâalways reveals patterns I wouldnât notice otherwise. Sharing that with a partner makes it even more interesting; itâs a great way to spark deeper conversations about whatâs working and what might need to shift. Reflection like this isnât just a personal actâitâs also cultural. In a world that rewards constant motion and celebrates productivity above all else, taking the time to pause feels radical. Itâs a reminder that we are more than what we produce, that our lives are shaped by what we pay attention to, and that thereâs value in resting before rushing into whatâs next. If this resonates with you, hit reply and let me know how youâre marking the end of 2024. Whatâs your reflection process like? Iâm catching up on emails (and if youâve written in over the past month, youâll hear back from me soon), so Iâd love to hear how youâre closing out the year. Thank you for being part of this community. Wishing you a restful and restorative end to 2024 and the clarity to step into 2025 with intention. |

Hi hi, Iâm back at the Farm, where Iâll be hunkering down in hibernation mode for the next several weeks. The holidays have always felt like a complicated season for meâequal parts nostalgia and a quiet ache. As a child, the magic felt automatic, effortless, as if the universe itself conspired to string lights, bake cookies, and make snow fall at just the right time. But as I got older, I realized that the magic was never spontaneous. It was crafted. Curated. Facilitated by my mother,...
Hi, I'm headed back to Paris after finishing my final event of the year in Las Vegas and âof courseâmy last flight home is delayed. Classic, right? To top it off, I somehow managed to leave my AirPods in a completely different terminal. Cool. Now Iâm in the lounge, bonding with fellow stranded travelers over a glass of wine and collective exasperation with flying. Thereâs something oddly hilarious about how these little disasters turn complete strangers into temporary besties. Delayed...
How You Goin? I'm currently in Sydney after an unforgettable eight days in Japan, a trip that combined awe, reflection, and meaningful connection. It marked the culmination of a yearlong collaboration with researchers from South Korea, France, Japan, and Taiwan, organized by the French Mission in Taipei. Focused on AI and digital culture, this initiative has been incredibly helpful on informing my own perspective, and meeting face-to-face after a year of virtual conversations was a powerful...
